Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted through the official communication channel of MYCANVAS Education Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • Once enrolled, cancellation requests may be considered only before commencement of the batch and solely at management discretion.
  • Non-attendance or discontinuation by the participant will be considered voluntary withdrawal.
  • The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen operational reasons.

Refund Policy

  • Strict No Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refund shall be granted for absence, withdrawal, personal reasons, dissatisfaction after commencement, or incomplete attendance.
  • In case of rescheduling, the participant may be adjusted to the next available batch at management discretion.
  • By making payment, the participant acknowledges and accepts the no-refund policy in full.
